Yeah, I was thinking about that for a long time while making the src page. Looking at the series, every game in it is not for a specific show/brand other than just " hotwheels _____ " and I don't know if this one-off story/mission based game, despite being OWNED by Hotwheels and Mattel, wouldn't fit? I don't know, if it really is wanted by everyone at some point I can add it but it doesn't seem fit to me at the moment.
Yes! If you open up the settings in game and go to graphics, you can change Scenery to Sparse, Normal, or Complex. It's just best to always keep it on Sparse for speedruns, so there's never anything blocking your way, such as the gate in graveyard or random cones that can screw you up.
I'm no mod, but based on many other mods and extensions for games on SRC, the main SRC page is for the vanilla game speedrunning.
Mods and extensions usually get their own page under the name format "(GAME) CE", ce for category extensions. As far as I see it personally, MTM2 speedrunning isn't popular enough to warrant its own ce page, and for SRC culture, I don't see it fitting into the main page either. I'm not mod, not making any decisions or anything, just stating how things normally work with that.
Would changing the tracks execution order (order in which they load into the races tab) from the pod file be allowed? All that is done is the location of the tracks order in the "pod.ini" file would be changed. When you install custom trucks, you need to edit the pod.ini and that's allowed, so would changing the order of the tracks in the pod be allowed?
