I converted back to Windows 7 and it works now. Windows 10 sucked anyway.
I've had this problem for a couple days: When I try to start Vice City I get "Unhandled exception: c0000005 At address: 006f6330". I have tried everything I can think of: DEP, compatibility mode, deleting save files and .set file, reinstalling multiple times.
My specs in case they would help: Retail version of VC Windows 10 Home Intel Core Pentium 2 Duo E7500 @ 2.93 GHz 4 GB RAM AMD Radeon HD 5450
It worked without problems just a few days ago.
I don't know if Kyle or anyone else is cheating because I don't know much about the technical shit in the games, but even if Kyle is cheating in IV (you've even accused him and other runners of cheating in SA), you have lost all your credibility by accusing anyone who has criticized you. Maybe if you didn't reset literally OVER 9000 times you would actually come close to Kyle's time.
Besides, you dismiss people's opinions because they supposedly don't know anything about GTA IV, yet you feel qualified enough to assess SA runners. Don't get so worked up about stupid shit, after all speedrunning is supposed to be a fun hobby!

You can park the bike forward a bit on Trial by Dirt to gain a tiny head start. I haven't tested it for the Landstalker challenge but probably works for that too.

Ever since I upgraded to Windows 10 I can't use Game Capture for VC. Is W10 the problem and how do I fix it?
How do I fly fast with the heli? The controls are weird as hell.

The Japanese version is the fastest version because you can instapass the Cherry Poppers mission. In the regular version you need to do the Boatyard mission which takes more time. I'm sure someone else can explain it in more detail.
Can someone post a translation of the menus in the JP version? Would be much appreciated.
