its just rng. there are scripted QTEs but the only one i know how to skip is pickaxe/rifle room where you can jump through the doorwar in small mode to skip it

its mostly rng, but you cant get QTE if ur in small mode, this is useful in no toilet gun% where you go through the pickaxe/rifle room, there is a 100% guaranteed qte in the doorway but if youre fast enough you can go through it while small and skip
