When will IL's or individual rallies be available to run? I'd love to do some VR runs

Is there any specific rules that I should be looking for, for running co-op?

Possible to run Master on the timings, or will it be placed into it's own category?

Just noticed the NGP category went, whats going on with that? since the game runs in NGP5/NGP6/Original choices.
