I get back my default resolution (1920x1080) and fps still 30! Its because before I use Windows Aero Theme! So don't play Vice City with Aero! :)

I FIX IT! OH YEAH! If someone have this problem just change your screen resolution in game from 1920x1080 to 1280x720 (for fullHD resolution)

Yeah i didn't seen that problem earlier. I really dunno what I can do with this problem. I try many times reinstall a game, change some settings in game and in my videocard driver, I check forums and google that problem but none of this don't help me

I play Vice City with Frame Limiter enabled and I have only 25-26 FPS instead 30. P.S. Without Frame Limiter 220-270 FPS; I use Steam version of Vice City (no modded). If someone know what a hell is going on please help me :)
