yeah, it might even be more changed than 2017's revamp



there are still runs on the leaderboards, its just that all of the runs will be moved to 'old version' bcuz update 4.0 comes out soon and notoriety will be unbanned. right now, you cant post runs but you can wait for your pending runs to be verified. i guess thats all we can do for now.
