Just checked the game forums. This guy called AliceRE asked this very question and got no answer in nearly a year, so asking there doesn't seem to go anywhere, what else can be done?

Kind of a new guy here. Ok so I'm practicing to speedrun Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire, but I don't have access to the N64 I used to play this game (explaining would be a TL;DR situation) so I'm using an emulator (Project 64 1.7). What bothers me though is that the ''Emulators and Platforms'' thingy doesn't appear, so the only options are PC and Nintendo 64 (In case you don't know, getting the PC version to run is far too complicated), does that mean I can't run it on emulator? are there other games like this?
