People barely ever run 100% as it is. Even during its most recent 'heyday' this summer, there were only two people running it. I'm not sure why anyone thinks True 100% would be any more popular. And I'm not sure why you've revived a 2-month-old thread to talk about something completely irrelevant to the thread topic, aside from being another pointlessly long category nobody will run, except maybe out of morbid curiosity.

For anyone finding this thread in the future, the resolution to this issue is to rename GTAVLauncher.exe to PlayGTAV.exe (if you have the Steam version). It's been a necessary step for the downgrade ever since the Rockstar Launcher was released.
