Laser Cannon (1) only has 25 levels and you can't move the cannon. The game you submitted with 30 levels is Laser Cannon 2.

I thought I was going insane trying to find the right game with 30 levels but eventually found out there were more games in the series

Yeah, I feel like you can see the visual confusion when that happened at the end. I didn't even realize I had beat the stage until after recording and was retiming it- I didn't see/read the "You Won" on screen and was confused why the laser wasn't moving/hurting-- Also I love my avatar, I've had pretty much the same look for over a decade, but it doesn't do well in Obby's cuz the hitbox lol

Regarding the mod note-- You could always add it to the rules of when time starts, because that's not very obvious
