you can start in 3rd person, try to lower render distance. (also @quickcuppa was slightly wrong when saying opening inventory dosent start time, it starts time in peaceful runs, just thought I should clear that up)

keymappers are only for specific functions example. f5, q, shift click

you may not use keymappers for left or right click because it pretty much autoclicks

using rta isn't really unfair for slower devices since the max extra time you'll be getting is like ~15 seconds (nether enter, exit, and end loading screens)
