Currently There is no real need for moderators. Nobody has submited any other runs apart from PayneTrain when the leaderboard was created.

more 👏 small 👏 rule 👏 changes

So i have been playing totm again and im adding this to the arcade and multiple level categories where the shield is not allowed.

"- If the shield is activated accidentally, the run will only be disqualified if the character gets hit while the shield is active"

While playing i found myself activating the shield accidentally while trying to go fast and i can imagine that people have lost runs because of accidental shield activations. So if you don't get hit and you finish the level/let the shield expire without actually getting hit while its active in the run should still be good.

Another small rule change:

Now in arcade% timing starts as soon as the character moves instead of as soon as you press "play arcade"

This was simply done so timing can be more accurate.

Top 3 runs were retimed for further accuracy

On the topic of this thread another small rule change (also added it to my initial message so people can see it) Taken from the new rules in highscore%: "All runs with over 100.000 points that are submited after June 26th 2019 require video of the full run. That means from when you press the button to when you die and get the end score." This is simply to prevent fake scores because were getting into pretty high scores territory

Thats why audio is required. If theres audio a speedup/splice will be if not obvious, will be possible to detect.

Well theres no easy way of doing that unfortunately. Only thing i can think of is showing touches. Also emulators are still allowed (although they're not 100% in the clear)

Well the game is quite inactive at the moment so a second moderator is not needed. If this gets more popular, then i'll have to consider a second moderator

Hovercraft: takedown ( https://www.speedrun.com/Hovercraft_takedown ) One of the moderators (Dracaarys) needed extra mods (and i volunteered) but he couldn't add me since he's only a normal mod. The only current super mod @Antman2BYT ( https://www.speedrun.com/user/Antman2BYT ) has not been online for 3 months and when i tried to add him on discord ( so i can message him) this happened ( ), so there is no way of contact

Also i would like to request moderation of the hovercraft series in general ( https://www.speedrun.com/hovercraft ) The first moderator of the series is @Antman2BYT, and as i mentioned above there is no way to contact him. The second moderator @Mamacita ( https://www.speedrun.com/user/Mamacita/info ) despite not been a super mod, has not logged into the site in a year. I have runs in both games {my "hovercraft - build fly retry" runs are still pending [i have about 7 runs pending] (example: https://www.speedrun.com/Hovercraft_-_build_fly_retry/run/yj3j107z ) }

Kinda unrelated to me but on "hovercraft - build fly retry" ( https://www.speedrun.com/Hovercraft_-_build_fly_retry ) The super mods are: Antman2BYT (problems listed above) and the other one is @strawberrydog ( https://www.speedrun.com/user/strawberrydog/info ) (has not been online in 11 months). So could you make @Dracaarys a super mod? ( and maybe remove the two current super mods) so he can add more people if he wants to, since currently there is no possible way of doing that.

I'm fine with them as long as you check the box that says "Emulator"

Hello i would like to request moderation of: Wormate.io ( https://www.speedrun.com/Wormate.io ) moderator @ImReignn has not been online in 9 months ( https://www.speedrun.com/user/ImReignn/info ) I have tried contacting them both through twitter and discord and they have not responded. I've got a run pending for a month and 3 quarters ( https://www.speedrun.com/Wormate.io/run/yd3o94vz )

Drag'n'Boom ( https://www.speedrun.com/DragnBoom ) I have again tried to contact both moderators: @vegguid has not been online in 3 months ( https://www.speedrun.com/user/vegguid/info ) I tried both discord and twitter. @veghelgumi has not been online in 2 months ( https://www.speedrun.com/user/veghelgumi/info ) and i have also tried to contact em through discord and twitter but no responce. I have a run pending there for over 2 months (sumbited on the 23rd of febuary ( https://www.speedrun.com/DragnBoom/run/y2q8e26y ))

This last one is a tad more complex. Game is "Celebrating Garden Gnomes Google Doodle" ( https://www.speedrun.com/Celebrating_Garden_Gnomes_Google_Doodle ) and the moderator @ReverseDmitry when i first submited a run of mine that coresponded to multiple categories (pretty much at the same time) he verified all my submitions exept one for some reason (this one: https://www.speedrun.com/Celebrating_Garden_Gnomes_Google_Doodle/run/me82l42m ) So the run has been pending for 2 months. I was recently added as a moderator to "Google Doodle Halloween Global Candy Cup 2015" that he was the only moderator of because someone alse requested it (aparently). He has no way to contact him on his profile. Edit: Now that i remembered it i would also like to request moderation of "Celebrating 50 years of Kids Coding Google Doodle" ( https://www.speedrun.com/celebrating_50_years_of_kids_coding_google_doodle ) Which is also moderated by @ReverseDmitry by himself, so if the request above gets accepted i'm assuming this one will aswell. I have runs in both categories and i am world record holder of the 100% category.

Lastly shoutouts to @HowDenKing for helping me find my pending runs when i adressed the invisible pending runs glitch in the discord.
