I would agree. With how small the community is as a whole it makes little sense to split the games into separate games for the re-release. Keeping them on the same game but as separate boards makes the most sense. Please let me know when a run has been done and I'll add the new leaderboard.

Seeing as main series pokémon games list it, I see no reason not to allow it here. I'll adjust the rules to show it as an option

I would argue it being a seperate category, where the current ones would be "gen 8 no DLC" and this being "gen 8 with DLC", though I'd love to hear other peoples opinion on the matter

I would recommend checking there. If they won't host it I'll make a board for it here, I just figured it might make more sense to have it there

I think it's for Max Unova dex for that one game (so no multiple games required). Not sure off the top of my head what that number would end on. Admittedly the category was added well before I got mod, so I'm not 100% sure, but safe to say that if you were to do a run like that it'd get accepted (and the ruleset adjusted to actually give the correct number of mons)

You would be, yes. As long as the run would adhere to the other rules, it would be fine in regards to the gen 4 catch 'em all board.

I thought I tried that? I guess I didn't let it roll over to 3:01 but just 3:00. Either way, I think an argument can still be made that these count as rematches. In one attempt I collected all the phone numbers, called everyone at the correct time and did the rematch, but all in all it adds a solid hour+ without really fighting anyone new.
