All right, so in my submitted run you'll notice near the end in the lab I'll remark about the Ivy's being pre-burned. All were dead except one. I didn't realize it until now, but this run had followed another attempted run. I'm assuming the game remembered that I burned the enemies and it carried over into the new game. Do with that what you will, but the game seems to save strange things like that. If you have any questions, I'll do my best to answer.
