The Hypixel Server Parkour speedruns moderation isn't exactly the most active.
Some runs are impossible to beat, as it's now impossible to skip to the finish line without hitting at least 1 checkpoint. Some runs that are on the leaderboard in 1st place skip from start to finish, which has been fixed by Hypixel.

I'm pretty sure this run has someone using speed II, and I don't know how they got that. You normally have speed I without modifiers like gadgets in the current version of Hypixel's lobbies, but I don't know what the rules are about that. If this is against the rules, or is obsolete, then this person has a huge advantage, as my friends and I maxed out at 19.4 with all the strats we know, and this person didn't have to do.)

I just started speedrunning Hypixel's parkour, and some runs look like they might have speed II, which, again, isn't normally acquired, from what I know. For more information, you might have to ask someone more knowledgable than I am, but this is what I have to put forward as of right now.

There's no other way to take care of a situation like this other than to control it. There's a reason why DE speedrunning is managed with mods, and isn't in anarchy.

The reason I want beginners to have that tool is so that they don't have to catch up on two years worth of strats. A majority of people would've quit by then, and adding autojump for a chance for the community to die as a slower rate sounds like a great idea.
You're saying education revolves around learning something over time, no matter how much they have to catch up. So a 7 year old who hasn't had any education or learning EVER should be advanced into 1st grade and be expected to catch up, even if they don't know the alphabet, or numbers?
We don't have it as hard as they did. Most, if not all of us, joined at a good time, where tryhards were less dominant, and strats were easier to learn. You're not credible to talk about this.

Anyway, Thunder, just because a person of authority did something that you have no control over in a block game, doesn't mean you need to ridicule him about his real life. Don't you go and tell me that 'you feel sorry' for him about that stuff, because most people give that 'no life' speech for the sake of making a comeback in an argument, or humiliating someone. I don't give credit to people who make false claims about this community based on their opinion, at least not if they're THAT dumb of claims.

Also, while I don't specifically agree with any of the actions taken here (I'm indifferent in this, I'd rather not take sides here), they aren't obliged to follow what everyone says. In fact, it was generous of them to even give you guys a chance to give a logical explanation of why autojump shouldn't be removed (and no, purposely making the game harder isn't a good reason to keep autojump disallowed). They gave you that chance to give a logical explanation, and you gave 0. That comment (the one on your youtube video, just to be clear here.) uses a pretty manipulative tactic towards your fans, and of course your influence would get a good number of them to vote no.
Mastering autojump doesn't make the game easier. It's just something that you can do instead of learning all the slab boosts. This chance at getting a WR (almost no tryhards in the community have made any more progress the the noobs at autojump) offers a huge window for people who want to speedrun. This could really help the community.
Be considerate, and don't expect pure influence to always beat logic. You'd be disappointed.

anyway, Thunder, the way you put that comment is a bit manipulative and while I can't say whether your words swayed the vote, it's not too far-fetched to think that the voting may have turned out a teeny tiny bit differently if you haven't put the extra "I put no on the first and yes on second ;)))". Then again, perhaps I'm completely wrong and people DID vote from their minds. I honestly wouldn't get affected whether or not autojump gets accepted, I'm just analyzing this.
Also, fatty, it may not be out of this world for people to vote no out of their minds, even though most of the arguments aganist auto-jump are invalid.
tiggz, strawpolls have made so many important decisions for us over the 'ages', and you're just looking at the problems of it now? I would've expected differently from a mod. Perhaps it's a bit of bias against the 'no' vote?
