Was experimenting with adding gamepass/no gamepass subcategories, and I put up test runs to see if they worked, in case you were wondering what the recent 3 runs that vanished . Deleted the test runs within a few minutes (as it took that little time to see what was needed with them), so nothing is lost nor gained.
What would you prefer:
- Nightmare and Normal modes merged, so instead of persay 'Normal mode Easy Difficulty' and 'Nightmare mode Easy Difficulty' they would become 'Easy Difficulty'
2.Nightmare and Normal mode become sub categories instead of separate categories
- I prefer Normal mode and Nightmare mode being separate in every way possible
I have become the new moderator due to the previous one not being active for months.
Hopefully I can be a better mod, and I hope that I won't disappoint.
I love this game and have been speedrunning it at school (but I cannot upload any of those as they are not recorded).
It is saddening that only 1 run has been submitted so far and that it was 8 months ago. Only on easy mode. Typical. I hope to become a moderator for this game as I see a lack of fervor, even by you the owner of this page.
I may not be able to beat these masters of Hours at the normal stuff, but I have a decent time for swarm. I may not fight super hard for most categories now, but I will fight for swarm.
For the 'no tempo' runs, why not make it so from now on, everyone submitting in that category has to use that new tempo that kills you if you activate it?
In my run I did not pause but I verified that my account (cowtrooper4) was being used. Would this still be a run that you would verify since I did not pause between the death of Resident Mind and Credits?
btw im a huge fan of this game and i will likely be posting tons of runs (on the weeks category only rn tho since im in minutes and too weak to beat seconds)
So, my run for Classic Guns was rejected for using gamepasses. I thought it was alright to use gamepasses considering the rules tab for this category says 'No rules have been defined'. Could you put in the rules tab all the rules for each category so we actually know how to speedrun those categories? It stinks because I spent alot of time getting that time, thinking that it would be accepted since I saw no rules, only for it to be denied by rules that are unknown.
