For around 5 months now the WIP build of puNES has fixed the HLT issues that caused it to be banned for Any%:

Is there any possibility we could get the WIP version unbanned. The owner of the puNES repo does not put out releases often (last one was in February). If the mods are worried about using the broken version and pretending to use the fixed version, maybe we could require players to run the test roms that threecreepio made? No worries if you can't unban it yet, I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who uses it anyways.
