From what I can tell, the only way to avoid it is by playing on normal. But I'd love to hear from anyone else if this glitch is known and if there's a way to avoid it.

I think I might just practice playing on normal so I don;t have to deal with it haha

I'm running RSG 1.14.4 on easy and every so often no I get a world where no endermen spawn in the end, would this run be invalidated?

I'm guessing it would be considered a glitch so it wouldn't count but I just wanted to make sure. It's pretty frustrating having a perfectly good run ruined right at the end lol.
