Do you guys just use math to retime your speedruns down to the milleseconds or do you use programs? If so, which one?

Attention everyone. I'd like to ask you all how you would want the moderators to retime the runs IF milleseconds are needed to be checked:

1. Retime them using math;
2. Retime them using https://somewes.com/frame-count/;
3. Retime them with another program;

Since any% runs get ruined by weird glitches in game, what if we add a "perfect" version of the any%, where every room you clean needs to be perfect (except when you get FIRED)?

So I was running the Acceptable% for Floor 1, and as I was about to go in one of the rooms, I get teleported to Floor 2... I really have not words for what happend, but could it be an accidental wrong warp? I am also not sure for which category this run deserves to be... even tho I am not sure if it's even valid...

UPDATE: Nope it was not wrong warp, I only got extremely lucky.

HELP! I pluged my japanese n64 in my PAL Tv (a Mivar 14 P2) and it works, BUT when I put a japanese game (like sm64) the colors are in Black and white! What should I do to get the game full color in my old Tv?!

I just bought a jap version of Sm64 and I was thinking about buying an adaptor (cause my n64 and my tv are european). There is an adaptor that runs the game at the same fps as he would in a jap n64? And If there isn't, what should I do?! :(
