the meta is just rng and almost always has been but still extremely solid run
is there a problem with that?
Under the "Video" section of the rules, it states: The entire run, from start to finish (before the black screen until after the end of the run) has to be shown in one single video (no cuts/splices, separated footage, etc.) with in-game audio and must be of acceptable quality.
This has been here since the board was created, and the acceptable quality part includes having an appropriate framerate, as we cannot time your run based on what is basically a powerpoint presentation

just to make sure you're aware, timing for this board starts at the first input, not from the moment you let go of the spacebar from the checkpoint, hence why these run times are edited longer than usual
