i am running pal version, could this be slowing me down due to lower fps?

was planning on uploading drag times but i am struggling to beat the 20 sec mark, i hoped it was below 20 and time bugged but i have checked footage now and nearly every run is slower than the in game displayed time, worth uploading a 20.3?

awesome ty, sorry yes its pcsx2 idk why i put the E, one last question. can i just rexcord my run and hit upload or do i need timers or anything displayed as from my understanding the in game timer isnt perfect? sorry for noob questions but i am legit the noobiest of noobs

wanting to submit times but i play on epcsx2. would this be allowed and if so what settings etc required? thanks :)
