can i use 3 lap distance or is there any minimum for the race distance

and i also have mcps4 can i use m&k on it or just controller only

recently i have bought mcpe and i want to speedrun it but i can only play it in my phone / emulator. am i allowed to play it with a third-party emulator like bluestacks, etc.?
