So some notes from my runs

1. When its not the big bash mid year there is the rotating 3 kupopowers that are applied, they each have different benefits to speedruns for FFXI but it varies depending on if youre doing a SL run, 99 run, RoZ, CoP etc. With that said use this spreadsheet to keep track of the active buffs when I'm running. Feel free to use it and decide for yourself whats the best server to use at any given time and any updates to it are welcome.

2. Here are my approximate run notes for the Shadow Lord event category, at level 53 with trusts having +50% HP/MP I was able to defeat him. I was able to defeat him at 52 but it was really touch and go and not reliable.
