I think the collision issue doesn't change too much with the new tech discovery, the biggest change in the patch is def lvl 17, where the old IL route is no longer possible. Since no one did that route in the old patch for any% it doesn't really affect that, but it makes the old patch technically optimal as if you hit that in an any% run you could save upwards of like 20 seconds.

Verifying this bc the old moderator was inactive, but archiving this leaderboard bc it is not standardized (Gameshow Length, GBA version, etc.)
