Which category do you recommend I should run first?

Is SUPERHOT A good game to start speedrunning? I've been watching speedruns of different games for a couple of years now but I want to try one.

I've been watching speedruns for a couple of years now and recently I decided I want to try out speedrunning. Would this be a good game to start with?
