There isn't really a way right now as applications are closed I already have an extra verifier and 2 people are definitely enough for the current activity so maybe in the future.

To answer first question, technically it allowed is because the main category specific rule there is that you can only use the car engine from the propulsion tab, and it's not in the global rules either.

To answer your second question, the game takes slow motion and fast forward into account there so yeah it is fine to use it.

Hey! If you can it would be nice if you upload the run to youtube, so mods and anyone who wants to watch it doesn't have to download it.
