I still have some questions and some points that could be debated in the round table. The first one being the very first thing asked here, and what I very often hear because even if we didn't do it last year, it became a signature of ESA and something appreciated overall: a second stream. We all know that, indeed, it's something difficult to deal with. I may have an idea or two about that, that would fix another "problem": accepting long runs. Why don't we do 1, or maybe 2, long runs (counting something like 8 or more hours) on the second stream, and only that? We already did a second stream that was not non-stop in 2015, and doing only 1 or 2 long runs on this second stream could be a thing. We could easily setup it calmly, without pressure, and having delays on this stream wouldn't be a disaster because people are waiting for THIS long game anyway. Just being sure that everything will remain stable once it starts, and here is an easy way to make a lot of people happy: fans of a 2nd stream, and people that would like to submit long runs but can't because it's hard to accept a lot of long runs.

Edit: oh also, about last year feedback. If people complain about the unused giant screen, remind them that despite it being big, its resolution was only 600x200 and proprietary, that's why it couldn't be used. That is something that has not been reminded enough imo.
I completed Baten Kaitos 100% in 342 hours, 19 minutes and 56 seconds. Or if you prefer: 14 days, 6 hours, 19 minutes and 56 seconds. Or if you prefer like this: 2 weeks, 6 hours, 19 minutes and 56 seconds. Oh and that's the time for my last run, that was the 4th one I did. The 1st one I did was around 356 hours long.

... Just kidding, I will let a chance for some people to beat me: the actual gameplay time of this run was around 77 hours, everything else was being afk. So if anyone gets a time over 77 hours, feel free to tell it here. For example, anyone that did a Yu Gi Oh Forbidden Memories 100% run.

Last year I did try to do 1 video per day, but it quickly appeared that it was a terrible idea because I was always concerned about it and in the end I just gave up on everything after Day 4. So yeah, I may try to do some videos, but this time I will take it easy.
First, I will most likely do a video about the venue as usual! This time, something like a 20 to 30 minutes tour, with a few people with me commenting everything so that I miss nothing hopefully. Then, once again, the fact that I want to share the account with people so that we can see more things. But anyway I invite anyone to do videos too! I will gladly retweet them on the account.
Edit: Well, Zephyrr did a neat video for the venue tour! But I will probably still do one, when everything will be set up etc.
Hello everyone! I am Baffan, and last year I created a Twitter account called Inside ESA ( https://twitter.com/InsideESA ). The reason is simple: I LOVE seeing things from the inside, and the most notable examples for me are GDQs. The runs are often very interesting, but I am also always very VERY interested in pictures of people playing in the practice room, venue tours, people going to eat outside, small internal competitions on-site, etc. I love to live an event fully, and watching only the runs is not enough for me, I need to see backstage things, from the inside etc.
So last year, assuming I was not the only one in this situation, I created this account to share a lot of things with everyone. It turned out pretty well, and a lot of people were really happy to see how was the venue, the mood inside, the mini events happening etc. So, of course, I plan to resume this account for this year!
This time, however, I plan to expand the thing a little. For example, I would love to share the account with a few people I trust in, because of course I can't be everywhere and I can't always take spontaneous pictures. But if we were like 5 or 6 people, we could more easily share things more spontaneously, and most of all we could share more things. Because I really feel like I could have done more, last year. You know, like if it was a correct run, but still far from a PB. This is why I am writing this thread today.
Basically: would you be interested in helping? Whether tweeting to the account so that I can retweet (I really encourage you to do so) or being able to use the account yourselves.
Also, I would really love to talk about the account itself, here or on Discord. Did you know the account last year? What could be improved? Do you have suggestions of things that seem very obvious to you, but not at all for me? I am taking any kind of advice, really, because I would really like to be able to share as many things as possible.

No, more seriously. I went to ESA 2014 and 2015 and I slept in mass housing. Everything is cool. It's just a place where you sleep, that's it.
Edenal, Flicky, Planks and all the other orga people are very cool and if there were troubles, you can definitely talk to them about that and you can be sure they will settle the issues. If you are worried about annoying people, you can talk to them and they will talk to him for you. Also, if someone has a disrespectful comportment, you can be sure he will be banned, no matter who. I don't believe it ever happened but I know there will be no mercy to people just wanting to be jerks.
My message is a bit clumsy, maybe other people will give you different stories, but really Mass Housing is a cool thing.

I'm afraid nobody in the community is interested in Hearts R for now, sorry... Honestly, the best is that you began to pull things by yourself. ESPECIALLY if you focus on NG+. It's easy to beat the game in NG+, just do a route, your notes. Use Google Docs. Try things. Update your route/notes all the time. We took time, simply. Look at Zestiria NG+ too. The run ONLY BEGINS to be OP because it needed TIME to make severe and serious big tests, and a good NG+ time.
If you have to will for this game, go for it, do some things, make them public, share them. And THEN, people will get interest in it probably. Good luck! <3

I will still reply: repairing Luin is not mandatory for a casual playthrough. Nearly everyone skip it the 1st time. But then, when you do a New Game +, it becomes interesting and funny to repair it. And of course if you want to do 100% it becomes mandatory.But you need multiple New Game + for completing 100%.
We have drafts for a potential route but noone is interested to do it.
