1 month is usually the max you wait for your run to be verified. So hopefully my run is accepted in the next couple days.

I think darG might be talking about the 1-20 blazit clip, If so you can watch this video in slow motion or use the < or > keys to go frame by frame but I believe in skips 2 frames at once. hope that's the one you are talking about PogChamp

376 is not impossible. The trick is hitting the mushroom block as early as possible. Try this, run into the mushroom block forwards than back up a little wait for the mushroom until its about to go off the block than run forward and do a backward jump and you can get a 376 Ill post a video of it

Yeah Nes Mini counts but it also runs at a slower framerate meaning your times will be slower. This shouldn't matter if you are not going for times around sub 5 minutes. There might also be input lag with the Nes Mini but I'm not sure.
I believe OpenEMU runs at a slower framerate. Most NES emulators run at the same exact speed as the nes which is 60.0988. I am pretty sure OpenEMU runs at 60.00 fps and not the full 60.0988 If you want your speedruns to be faster I would recommend Nestopia.
And if you dont clip into the ground you just did the clip at a wrong angle, If you keep trying it you should hit the right angle and clip into the ground eventually.
So you run off the pipe and do a backwards jump into the end of the second block, then right when you hit the goomba immediately hold down, Then you should clip into the ground. While still holding down wait till mario gets to a certain point on the screen than start holding right. You can figure out the time to start holding right in darG's video above. So when you start running to the right basically just jump into the flagpole when you're far enough to do so. And if held right at the right time which isnt that hard to do, you should softlock after hitting the pole. Hope this helps!

That's pretty fast but it definitely could be faster, you can make a tighter turn on to turnaround and get into the bottom path.
Maybe, There isnt many other options. I tried in tas and couldnt do my clip without the setup. But for now no ones taking my record and I challenge someone to do so. Keepo
