Get Leaderboards Seperated% 1 year 2 months [wr]

For No OoB Hoverless the run really wouldn't change much at all except for economy mines. And for that we would just do proxy (given it's clearly in bounds) or jetboard down after cutscene and take elevator up. So the run just becomes more autisty.
