Anyone?

I tried to do this setup and for some reason the JAR file only wants to read as a text file. Did I do something wrong? I was able to find another setup to practice speed runs but it's not my own and its an offline version.

I tried uninstalling and even getting JAVA. It wont let me SHIFT+right click to run powerShell.
