I have also seen it gonna be harder to do now since the pause glitch doesnt quite work the same way anymore

Can someone tell me why he didn’t collect all the stars at 3:11 it looks like he missed one maybe its intentional, But i thought you had to collect all the stars for 100% maybe im wrong
