Do you have reason to suspect the current WR aside from a small overlap between the timer and the minimap?

The only stats this combo has over the meta is a slight Water speed boost (which isn't relevant for the most part) and better Traction (which can work as a detriment if the stat is too high). The lesser acceleration just isn't a good enough trade-off for meta overthrowing, but it's definitely still a viable combo.
