On the OBS screen it is on the top right corner, I normal screen usually just have the timer open wherever, but it's not minimized. Maybe have it open over OBS and the emulator over it as well? I do minimize OBS and maybe that can be a problem? I found another emulator that I can manually stretch and if I can't get the solution working would I be allowed to just stretch it windowed over most the screen?
It freezes in OBS recording, I didn't minimize the app but I just move the timer in OBS to the right. I'll find the link, I tried wsplit just now and it works way better but the numbers don't show their going in the recording until I'm out of fullscreen, also I don't need splits, I'm running California Games, it's a 2 min run.
I get everything to show up perfectly, but livesplit freezes and I can't even restart the program, I dont have a second monitor so I keep having to stop recordings to check and I just keep wasting my time, how do I fix? If I just don't use OBS fullscreen but edit to not show my desktop can I just do that? Throw on a black Ms paint background or something? Live doesn't even start in fullscreen,
Edit: so the tutorial given said to keep global hotkeys off, but turning it back on lets me use it fullscreen now, but sometimes timer doesn't start while game is in fullscreen, I try wsplit and it works but doesn't show the numbers moving until I exit full screen
What if it turns out the camera was slightly slanted the whole time but the quality is still alright? I don't have a tripod I had to sit my phone in my lap
