Agreed with Silver here. I fully think Hobz has always had the best intentions for the community, but I do feel like sometimes he tries to do too much by himself and kind of leaves some other people feeling a tad unimportant. (Not at all on purpose either.) As LB mods, you should have the power to do more than accept a run and definitely the confidence. I have a feeling that most mods, if not all of them, wouldn't question a run verification, or an edit somewhere, unless it was clearly warranted. If that was the case, i'm sure they'd handle it appropriately.
As mods, that should mean that you're part of a trusted group of people to do so. I totally understand Hobz being protective of the central hub twitch channel like he is. It's something he seriously wants to protect and make sure that every time it's used, it produces quality content and is friendly to anyone that joins. But, I think that there should be some trust to pass the torch when he's unavailable. Passing it to someone like Biz, Silver, etc who would make DAMN sure that everything was kept in line and working optimally, to me, wouldn't be a bad idea. And I totally understand NOT passing that information off to someone who Hobz can't trust. As Silver said above me, communication has kind of fallen apart of late and communication is KEY. Not with just the LB mods, but with everyone.
If there is anything I personally can do to assist in helping anyone, please don't hesitate to let me know. I'm pretty much always available and near my phone/twitter/TS.
