just remove booster access as it ruins the nature of speedrunning

boosters make all runs completely fps dependent, and makes speedrunning this game a complete joke:

I have added FPS annotation to identify what runs altered there fps in game. everyone’s runs have been set to Unrestricted if you would like to change your run back to Normal then I suggest change it yourself and I will re-verify your run.
