Patch: 1.001 Linux on Windows runner and installation instructions

This download includes a modified runner file (UNDERTALE.exe) that fixes performance and graphical issues exclusive to 1.001 Linux on Windows, to make the game run more accurately to the Linux version. Also included are instructions for obtaining 1.001 Linux from Steam for running it on Windows. This runner file is legal for use in any runs on the Undertale leaderboard when used with 1.001 Linux on Windows.
