like not game changing mods, small ones like health bars and that stuff.
Im not a moderator but no mods are allowed, the game must be fully ummodded

That is not a mod. That is the built in weapon wheel which you can access by holding either the Next Weapon, Previous Weapon, or Last Weapon buttons.
No mods are allowed for any reason, not even BepInEx.
