Note for Mods, I believe the timing stated at the perfect frame or 0.01s late. The first visible frame of boomerang on the ending loading screen was visible on at 3:20.96 so I believe it was 3:20.96 or 3:20.97. Don't care about ms too much but it was right near that second border xD
