If you're trying to do it as quick as possible, jump onto the block without pushing it and jump off when you're as far as you can be off the block. If you're trying to do it more reliably, push the block a tiny bit closer to the kill brick and then jump off of the block.
off topic but, i thought there was a 50 levels category.. i for real wasted 15:40 minutes of my life sadly
