You can't "make" a category. All you can do is request it and see if the moderators will add it to the leaderboard.

Yeah. Cyan, aren't there only like a few categories for each game typically?

Also, do you know of a good alternate website that has a lot of varied run types? Or is speedrunner.com typically have the most varied run categories? If you know.

Unfortunately I do not know another website, but speedrun.com is the going to have the most varied run types. As of right now, there aren't many categories because this game has only recently came out, but after a while, the moderators are likely going to be adding more categories.

You can propose a new category in the extensions channel on Discord.
