How do you continue the 'level 4' glitch through level 28 with pausing, as even if I keep hold of the mouse down through the level it does not seem to work. I have looked at the top runs and it is possible but I cannot work out how. Thanks.

All you have to do is keep holding down mouse, but don't move it at all and complete the level with one hand.
