So I have no idea what happened during the WR of this game but I want to start Speedrunning ir so if someone can help I would appreciate it

Ok what happens is the game just remembers yor last save so if you play a game normally all the way to the last checkpoint then you can death warp

Also headbutting the spider early allows you to get threes hits a cycle (preferably)
