How to do a run

For basic movement and route look at a run on the leaderboard, nothing fancy apart from some stuff that is explained below.
For weaponry, use the burst rifle (3), as you'll have plenty ammo during the run.

Door clipping
You need to change your speed in Dosbox from 70000 to something like 30000 in order to go through doors. You can increase and decrease cycle count with Ctrl+F12/F11. You can set stepping in the dosbox configuration file. You need to look for "cycleup" and "cycledown"
I have it like this:
cycleup=40000
cycledown=40000
After having this and slowing the game down at a door, just run into a door and start crouching while still running. You might need to crouch and uncrouch a couple times before you can go through. This seems to be working better if you are facing away from the door.

You can fit through small spaces with running, jumping, crouching and occasionally uncrouching and rechrouching again.
You can activate switches through walls in some occasions. Just line up on the other side of the wall and press the use key (It's E on the keymap I uploaded)

On the boat level, be sure to not go underwater as it'll crash your entire emulator.
On the second to last level, line the middle of the screen up at the door to the third pixel while strafe running to the right (forward+right) and start releasing and pressing right until you're inbetween the two door halves. After that, you need to jump while running and crouching to go through the other half.
On the last level, change to 40000 cycles as your entire emulator will crash if you go above that (I use 40001 as I decrease cycles to 1 with hotkey then add 40000)
