Definitely room for improvement. I had faster starts in failed attempts. Getting enough etheria to skip the detour definitely helped save time.

Ideally in the middle room, you want to kill 1 of the enemies with a lvl1 deathblow to bump up the multiplier, Leon lvl2 the 3 spear enemies (so they don't die too high from the lvl3 explosion) , then lvl3 all enemies for 16x multiplier.
