Focused more on the Big 20 race, so doesn't explain early platform, and recommends some safer/more consistent strats. Good for runners who are just learning the game.

Out of Bounds Trick (Zephis Warp)

Go right to the first Ladder, go up it then go right, jump the Pit, then go into the door and 
take (hammer), go (back) out, then go right and jump down to the next door go in and take 
(key), (Press Down) go back out, 

Go right [try and hit the guy] then go down the 2 Ladders 
then go left, Jump the 2 pits, keep going left Until you get to a door, go in use door in 
frount of you,(Press Up) come out, go up the Ladder to the left, then go left, go up the 
next Ladder, go right jump down to the two Ladders and go up the 2 Ladders,

then go right to next Ladder go up it then go right, jump pit to the next door, hit the back wall, take 
(bomb bag), use door to the right, Tools (Hammer) Hit back wall making a door go through it
(Press UP) Tools (Key) Free First Friend,[1st Split] 

Go Back(Press Down) Go (Press Left) Go (Press Down) come out door then go left, jump pit, 
then jump down to Ladder going down,
Go down it, then jump to the left keep going until you have to jump down and go right
to Ladder Going down, go down it, then go into the door to the right, Go (Press Down) 
come out into a different stage then go Right, 

jump over 2 pits, then jump down to a Ladder 
going down, Go down it, jump left onto a platform go left jump over a pit, then jump onto a 
platform going down to a door, go in,(warpZone) Go (Press Up) and come out into a different 
stage,

go left to the vine going up, go up it, go right to the door go in and hit top of doors
on back wall take (Transceiver) (Press Up) to go out and go right jump onto the platform,
jump off, jump over pit/waterfall, jump onto platform, jump over pit/waterfall, jump down to 
the door and go in, (Press Down) to come out into a different stage go right, 

{Jump into pit killing yourself and you should pop out on platfrom above door(works)} 
go right jump over two pits then you'll reach a vine going up, go up it, 
go left from top of vine to the 3rd set of rocks use bombs go into door,
take (Hyper Shoes) GO(Press Down) go back out, equip the (H-Shoes) then go right, 
Jump onto the platform, then Jump over 7 Pits, jump onto a Platform, jump over 2 more Pits 
and [try to hit guy] before the vine going down, go down it, 

drop down to the left 
and go go right to the vine going down and go down it, next go right to the vine and go up 
it and then keep going right [jump over two guys] until you reach the next vine and go up it,
then go right jump down to next door and go in it, Tools (Hammer) hit back wall making a door
Go(Press Up) Go(press Up) come out into a different stage, 

then go up the vine to the right 
of the door, go left, Jumping over 3 Different Pits(stay on the top dont fall)
until you reach the next vine going up, Go up it, then go left, Jumping over the Pit, 
fall down and keep going left to the next vine going up and go up it, keep going left, 
Jump over 3 different Pits until you reach the next vine going up, go up it to keep going 
to the left, jump over the pit, then jump up to the door and go in it,

Go(Press Right) Go(Press Up) Then Tools (Pick Transceiver Pressing B then A Very Quickly), 
Go(Press Up) Tools (Key) Free 2nd Friend.[2nd Split] go back out, Go(Press Down) 
Go(Press Left) Go(Press Down) Go(Press Down) come back out of the door, then go back to 
the right jumping over 3 different pits until you reach the door and go in it, 
Go(press Right) Tools (Hammer) Hit it on back wall making a door Go(press Up) then
hit the back wall Take (Key Holder) Go(Press Down) Go(Press Left) Go(Press down)
You'll Be back out of the Door, 

next jump over the wall 
to the right of the Door and keep going right, Jump over the Pit to reach the vine thats
going down and go down it, then Jump left over the Pit, Go down the steps to a vine going 
down and go down it, go to the left and fall down go into the door, Go(Press Left), 
Go(Press Up), Tools (Hammer) Hit back wall making a door, Go(Press Up), Then Tools 
(Pick Transceiver Pressing B then A Very Quickly) Tools (Key) Take (Diving Suit) 
Go(Press Left) Go(Press Down),Go(Press Left),Go(Press Down), You'll be back out the Door,

Next Go Left to the vine go up it, then go right Jump over the Pit to the vine going up,

top, Jump the pit, keep going to the right and then jump another Pit, keep going to the right
then jump down and over the pit to the door and go in it, Go(Press Down), Go(Presss Down), 
come out into a different stage, 

Then Go Left to the vine, go up it then go left to the 
next vine going down, Go down it, Go Left and Jump over the Pit, (stay up top)
[try to jump over the guy] Keep going Left, Pass the door, Jump down to a vine going up 
and go up it, then go right By jumping over the pit to vine going up, go up it then 
go left to the next vine Going up, go up it, next go left Jumping over 2 Pits then onto 
a Platform, from the Platform jump over the Next pit, next there will be 6 different 
Pits to jump over, the there will be another Platform to jump onto, from there jump over to 
a vine going down.Go down it,[try to hit the guy right before going down the vine] then 
Go left stay up top by Jumping over the pit, there will be another pit to jump over 
keep going to the left then fall down to the door and go in it, Go(press Up) come out into 
a different stage, 

go left to the vine, go up it, Go Left Jump onto a Platform watchout for 
the waterfall jump up and over the jump the pit watchout for waterfall, jump onto the next
Platform, jump to the Door but dont go in it, Skip the Vine going down and jump the pit, keep
Going and then jump onto the platform, keep going and jump another pit, you will see 
a vine going down. go down it, then go left to the door and go in it,Go(Press Down) come out 
into a different stage and go left, 

Jump the pit, skip the first Ladder and jump/fall down
to the 2nd Ladder going down, Go down it, then go right stay up top By Jumping the Pit,
[try and hit/kill the best] jump another Pit then jump to the Door and go in it,
Go(Press up) Go(Press Left) equipt the (Diving Suit) go right stay to the top of screen until
you see a Pipe go down and into it, then go left until you see a door
and go in it, hit the back wall take (Ladder) Go(Press Right), Tools (Hammer)
hit top wall making a hole, Tools (Ladder) Go(Press UP) Tools (Key) 
free 3rd Friend.[3rd Split]. 

Tools (Ladder) Go(Press UP) Go(Press Left) equip (diving suit) 
go right until you reach the pipe go Up and in it, Go left stay up top until you reach the 
door Go Down and in it, Go(Press Left),GO(Press Down),GO(Press Down) Come back out into 
the ice stage and go left, 

Jump up but stay along the bottom, jump over the pit,
untl you get to a ladder going up, go up it, keep going to the left and jump the Pit,
[watch out for the Guy] until you reach a ladder going up, go up it, jump the Pit to the
right then go up the ladder, go right jump the pit before the door and go in it,
Go(Press Up) come out into a different stage, 

Go Right (jumping onto two
different platforms,(watchout for the waterfalls) pass up vine, door, jumping onto another 
platform, Jump over to the vine going up, go up it, 

go right after that, jump the pit, 
keep going to the right, jump over platform, try and jump over the bug if needed, 
jump the Pit staying on the top part (Dont fall) jump into the platform(you'll need to 
be on the platfrom to get into the door.) go into the door,Go(Press Right),GO(Press Down) 
come out into a different stage, 

Go Left stay up top (Dont Fall), you'll be jumping onto 
2 different platforms then you will reach a door, go in it, Go(Press Right), Tools (Hammer) 
hit back wall making a door, Go(Press Up) Tools (Key) Free 4th Friend.[4th Split].

Go(Press Down), Go(Press Left), Go(Press Down) you'll be back out the Door, Go Right and 
stay up top jumping onto 2 different platforms, keep going right until you reach the door, 
go in it, Go(Press Left), Go(Press Up) come out into a different stage, 

Go Left by jumping 
onto the platform keep going to the left until you reach the vine going up, go up it, Go Left
Jump over the Pit, jump over the platform, then make a big jump over onto the platform jump 
over to the vine going up, go up it, go right to the door, go in it (worpZone)Go(Press Down)
come out into a different stage, 

Jump onto the platform go up then jump over to the right,
jump over the Pit, Then Make a big jump over the hole (or) onto the platform, Jump right 
to the the ground then go right to the ladder going up, go up it, Go Left to the
ladder Going up, go up it, Go Left Jump the 2 pits to stay on the top (Dont Fall)
[watch out for the guy] until you reach The Door, Go in it,Go(Press Up)come out into a 
different stage go Left to the ladder going up, Go up it, Go Left, skip 1st ladder go up 
the 2nd ladder, Go Left jump the Pit then go into the door, Go(Press Left) tools

make a big jump to the left 
and go down the vine, fall to the right press left to land on the ground below and 
go down the vine, big jump to the right then go down the vine, go right up to the wall turn 
around and jump onto 2 different platforms jump over pit, jump onto the next platform, 
jump to the door but keep going to the left jump down to the platform and then go up the 
vine, go left and jump the 2 pits, try to jump over the dragon, jump to the 
platform then jump over to the vine going up, go up it, jump to the right, jump down
to the vine and go up it, go right, jump onto 2 different platforms then jump to door, 
go in it, (worpZone) Go(Press Up) come out into a different stage, 

go right to the ladder 
Going down, go down it keep going to the right skip the 2 ladders going up and take the 
ladder going down, Go down it, then keep going to the right umtil you can jump down to the 
door and go in it, Go(Press Down) come out into a different stage, 

jump right onto the 
platform and go up to the top part of the stage (try and hit the first guy then try and 
bomb the next two) and keep going to the right jump the pit but stop and try and kill 
the things that pop up.(top and Middle grab items Hope for a key if you need some)
then jump right onto the platform jump to the top part and then go up the ladder, 

go left to 
the ladder and go up it, jump to the left and keep going left until you reach a ladder 
going down and go down it, go left and try to jump over the guy, then go up the ladder, 
go left then down the ladder and keep going to the left until you reach the next ladder 
and go up it, then go into the door to the right, Tools (Hamer) hit floor, Tools (Ladder) 
Go(Press Up), Go(Press Right),(warpZone) equipt (Diving Suit) before leaving,
 
goto the left along the bottom, try and shoot the ?fish?, go up and to the right 
to the pipe and go in it, go left up and back to the right tey to shoot the crab 
before going into the door, Go(Press Right), Tools (Key) free 5th friend.
[5th Split] 

Go(Press Left) equipt (Diving Suit) before leaving, left down and to the right 
back into the pipe, left down and to the right long the bottom try and shoot The fish 
before going into the door,(warpZone) Go(Press Left), Tools (Ladder) Go(Press Up),
Go(Press Down) come out into a different stage, 

Go Left to the ladder Going down, 
go down it, go right to ladder Going up, go up it, Go right jump down to the  
ladder going up, go up it, go right, skip the 2 ladders going up, just jump down 
the ladder going don, go down it, Go Left by jumping onto
the platform jump to the middle then go up the ladder Go Left jump the pit
run through everything and jump onto the next platform go down to the door and 
go in it,Go(Press Up) come out into a different stage, 

Go Left to the 
ladder going up, go up it, then jump to the left keep going until you reach the  
ladder going up, go up it, Go Left skip the first 2 ladders and go up the 3rd one, 
keep going left[try to hit the guy] before the door and go in it,(warpZone) Go(Press Down)
come out into a different stage, 

Go Left and jump onto the platform wait and go up 
then jump onto the next platform jump to the left[try and hit the dragon] then 
jump again to the left[try and hit the dragon] jump to the left again to the 
vine going down, go down it, jump right over platform down to the ground(or
if you can jump onto the platform and jump over) [go right to the ladder going up, go 
up it,] Go Right jump over the 2 Pits, then try and jump down to the platform 
jump over to the vine going up, go up it, Go right to the door, go in it,
