a couple of people have reached out about the loadtimes on inferior hardware and not being able to keep up with the pc players. i propose a rule change to only count in-game time to make the speedrun more consistant and less hardware reliant. i hope to hear some feedback, but if i get no feedback ill take that as a yes to changing the rules :)

even tho i am two weeks late, how would we time the loads so it is fair to all runners besides from manually pausing and resuming the timer edit: im not againt the idea tho since it would make it more fair for everyone
