After several runs ending in 23:15 to 24:10, I finally beat WR, even if only by 26 seconds.

Mod Edit: Retimed to 22m34s. Start time is on hitting Start on level select, end time is when the last non-fixed block disappears. Timer is started about 1s too late, and ends about 2s too early. ~c_d
