Hi guys, maybe I am gonna feel so stupid with my question, but when I see your runs, you do something with the connectors I cannot do.

You take a connector with targets, then it already had the targets and you can move it and drop it, and take it again with the targets.

When I take connectors it resets the target, it make me lose a lot of time.

Please Help me, how do you do that?

You have to reassign your keys. See the "Alternative Use" in the key-binding options? That allows you to keep the connections for the connectors. I personally bind it to the right mouse button.
