This one is very determinated and easy. Just follow this Start:

At the start of battle hold right until Jerry falls on the middle platform, then jump to the right top side, through the sprite of the bowling ball (this actually works) and push it down the right side (Or on Tom, if possible). After this, repeat the following:

The ball will spwan on the opposite direction upside platform you stand. If you stand on the right top platform, the ball will spawn, ca. 2 seconds after falling down, on the left top platform. You don't have to stand until it spawns, you can go a few milliseconds earlier to the left top platform and push the ball again to the left. Tom will spawn at the left side aswell.

Another helpul information: Sometimes, Tom stands in the center, you might think you won't hit him there. But if you push the ball left, it will hit him.
