You want to spell STAUF from FAUST, so I'll descibe shortly how to get each letter:

F: You want to push the "F" on the top rail to the back. The only way to do that, is to take "AUST" and put it in front of the "F" in the top track, then taking them one by one to the bottom track, and push the "F" to the back.

U: You need to free the "U" from "AUST" by first taking the "A" and pushing it next to the "F", putting "UST" on the top rail (as "TSU"), carrying "A" to the bottom, putting "TS" to the bottom, and pushing "U" to the "F"

A: With "STA" on the bottom rail, put "ST" to the top, and push "A" next to the "U"

T: With "TS" at the top, take the "T" and push it via the bottom rail to the "A"

S: Push backwards
