Saves with 100% completion and the fastest fully upgraded cars for each event for each full game category that allows you to start from a completed savefile. Those saves are meant to be on the 5th slot, if you don't want it to be there you can replace the "4" by another number. If you already have a save on the slot where you want your speedrun saves to be, make a backup of it.
